My name is Uschi Baumann, your Executive & Leadership Coach who helps senior leaders who want to be more human in their leadership approach, yet build a culture of high performance and impact, but from a place of groundedness rather than pressure and stress.
My coaching style is warm, curious, and grounded, a trusted space where you feel supported, challenged, and never judged.
I coach in English, German and Spanish and have been working with over 300 Leaders from 50+ organisations in 30+ countries and I have lived, studied and worked across multiple countries and cultures.
After more than 20 years in senior global business roles, I know first-hand the pressure, pace, and potential cost of leadership.
My own near-burnout became a turning point, fuelling my passion to help leaders lead with clarity, resilience, and authenticity.
Today, I combine neuroscience, cultural intelligence, and lived experience to support leaders in unlocking their potential and making a meaningful impact.
